...I cannot believe how attuned I am to every little thing that could mean "this is it". Do I have an addiction?

I'm probably like a lot of you here... so aware (and still so ignorant, but just so much more aware than normies) and thus so READY.

I have been very good at this. But, the more I see how people are being more frequent in real life Vs what I read… it’s becoming overwhelming and I feel alone. It’s depressing.
