They offer to take you to the end of the YellowBrick Road. Once there, you find no treasure, no Ruby Slippers, no way back to Kansas. The only thing you find is your own mutilation, monstrosity and that you have been robbed of all of your biologic potential. I can think of nothing more cruel and sinister.
