That's pretty much the jist of it, because you always had the option to quit your job, so you willingly took the jab if you took it to stay employed. I'm pretty sure there are a few insurance companies that have already stated they won't pay death benefits because you willingly took an unapproved experimental drug and it was the cause of death.
