I was looking at radar this last wed on weather.cod.edu and i saw the the ripple clouds from nw to se direction in tx/ar/tn/miss and said thats haarp.
Dutchsinse mentioned this site when a follower noticed strange rays on radar near equake sites at or about same time, like ones mentioned in other comments.
The image reminds me of the images in Washinton in 2018 ππΌit was brought up in a q post or two (dont recall number, sorry)

Sidenote: I personally think the clouds look like a giant squid (20,000 leagues under the sea)
