Deep fakes is one theory.
The reason I don't think it is the real Obama is two fold 1: the real Obama LOVED the limelight. That dude would be on nightly shows, espn, etc all the time or giving Wallstreet speeches among other obnoxious never ending attention seeking. He has gone from all out attention where to borderline recluse. That is not normal. Same with most of the actors above
2: If you believe in the plan you cannot truly accept that the most traitorous and likely evil people on the planet are running around free when you know what they have been involved in. These people are so dangerous they cannot be allowed in public. Trump even tweeted 6 years ago swift trials and death penalties. I also believe most of the plan happened behind the scenes in real time whereas the deltas are when the public is made aware of it. Too many strange things going on to believe nothing is happening and trust me I'm skeptical myself sometimes.
It's not easy to do deep fakes with an active scene with tons of people. Face to to the camera and no one else around is what I've seen that looks "OKAY"... it's not perfect.
