I would be busting down doors demanding to see where they got the information they used to send that card out, and get it to use as evidence. I'm pretty sure someone would try to stop me in such a way as to cause some teeth to get busted too.
On second thought, a rapidly filed lawsuit to subpoena such records ASAP, to be used as evidence would probably be a better idea.
