Australia government agency publishes guidelines for the use of sedation for covid jab administration.
While they give lip service to obtaining consent and suggest that sedation "should" not be used to force jab compliance, their document concludes with a section entitled:
"Risks and benefits of opportunistic vaccination during sedation for an unrelated procedure"

Yea, this is the sort of thing where you need a family member to remind the doctor we know where they live and work and they will be personally held accountable for the safety of their patient.
I mean, if you are going under anesthesia, you probably need the doctor’s help. But they need to be warned we are not having any of that shit.
Edit: okay, this is a guide for how to vaccinate people who are willing, but anxious about it. They make a point of requiring informed consent in the beginning. Then later talk about opportunistic vaccination during sedation because sedation is not without risk and combining a one procedure with another is beneficial. So… put away the pitchforks.
