Sorry, title should be "Produces Clouds".

I noticed a line in the sky above the mountains. There was very little wind and it was barely moving but it was growing wider and fainter.

Within minutes the sky was covered by white cloud. This is geoengineering at its best. Seeding the atmosphere, not for rain but for cloud cover.

A couple of hours later it was starting to clear and the cloud was breaking up into "cotton balls" with the typical striations caused by directed frequency beams.
