I believe he is. He had to distance himself to protect the investigation since he was the one to appoint Durham. As it looks right now, Trump has no ties to the investigation at all. People like to attack him over election fraud. But he had no choice. The election fraud investigation had to play out. If he swept in day one making arrests we would not be getting our desired outcome. Just like everything else, it's all about timing.
