Could this just be a warning to clear the area due to that "warning" of a bomb on April 18th in the same location?

Right when we are all skeptically watching that area. We have another week to wait. If any authorities come out and say they found and safely detonated a bomb before the 18th, I might have to watch a bit longer. The super-anthrax one is a scary prospect.
