"Watch the water" could be some bottled water. I remember seeing the Fugi brand bottled water everywhere for a while. They couldn't contaminate all the water systems but millions drink bottled water every day. Would be easy to contaminate a private source!
Yea Im thinking if theyre going to contaminate a water source...a bottling plant would be easier...less water they're dealing with. It would seem possible that they could contaminate the water right at the point before bottling...It would also reduce the amount of venom that would be wasted if it were municipal water since a lot of that water may not be used for drinking only
