Timing of the player collapse and AFL CEO resigning is purely coincidental. The two aren’t related. Btw, latest news reports of the myocarditis of the player who won the Brownlow Medal last year (League MVP equivalent to those unaware of Aussie Rules) is that it was Long Covid!!! I can see ”Long Covid” being blamed for all these and upcoming unexplained medical events. No one will blame the injections.
