Lol, i dont know if i want to ask. I have had some columbian food that utilized goat that was good. I personally cant seem to get the hang of it. It tastes about like a goat smells when i cook it
Take a leg. Spice it, wrap it in aluminum foil, let it slow cook over low coals for 2 hours.
I will give it a shot. Maybe next time i roast a pig in the china box i will throw some goat in there too. What spices do you use?
Salt, pepper, backstrap molasses, brown sugar, cayenne.
Might just eat that with a spoon and you can keep the goat, lol
