I have met the old Joe Biden and separately his son Hunter when I worked for a federal agency in DC that responds to requests from Congress. That said, the physical resemblance might have been the only reason Hunter had it on his laptop - a joke, a sick burn of his father. That is itself troubling.

IF it is NOT Biden in but Hunter had it on the laptop anyway as a joke, the question is why would he do that? Did he hate his father that much?
