here the remote viewers are tasked with going into Putin's mind as he decided to go into Ukraine. He later says (1:45:00) that RV'ers can enter anyone's mind and RV them. As long as the world leader is hiding behind secrecy, their mind is open to being remote viewed. He says that this should motivise world leaders to come out in the open and tell what is on the tablt, since RV'ers can see in them anyway.

And RV'g Project High Jump at min. 1:05:00 & 1:07:40, he says that it was the Reptilians (not the Nazis) who were piloting the UFOs who took out Adm. Byrd's fleet (min. 1:10:00). Another interesting point he makes at 1:16:05, that the "non-intervention" principals of the ETs, not to intervene with humans... is not what it seems like. Since if they control the information and how humans receive the information, it will look like non-intervention... but it's not. If humans continue to think "I want to keep on being a slave", then ETs won't help. But once disclosure happens, the veil drops, then ETs will be free to come in and help.

Then he gets into the Essasani (Bashar's race of ETs) at min 1:30:00, how they are trying to get free of other races. Further: as long as world leaders/military act under the guise of secrecy, they are dead meat for psychic manipulation of the ETs. But once the secrecy drops, the manipulation drops. The worst thing is to think that their mind is their own, that they are in control... which it ain't. Whew!"
