How the heck was the video person at the ready before exiting & knew where to point the camera for perfect recording when out of the subway train?

It amazes me that when such events happen the "convenient placement" of a cameraman being unaffected by the danger of a situation can keep that camera rolling and not be concerned about ones own safety.
