He's talking about GENOCIDE OF RUSSIANS IN THE DONBASS REGION.

Trump has a funny way of doing it, but they will play his clip again and again and what happens is people begin to look for Genocide and Ukraine. What they will see is 8 years of war in Donbass region. These lines are meant to wake Fox viewers with a small red pill, nothing more.
