For those of you who have more knowledge of hostile takeovers than I, would you share what is alluded to by Musk's statement "I would have to reconsider my investment"? Is he threatening to sell his stock? Is this the start of a hostile takeover? Something else?

...yes, he is inferring that he would dump his shares, which would undoubtedly trigger an interesting chain reaction among other shareholders....
