I'm 43 never had a flu shot...only been real sick maybe twice in last 25 years......if I do get a cold I usually just get real sweaty and get over it in a day or so...... although I did just have a stomach bug a week ago that lasted 24 hours and everyone I know had it it was strange people that I know from different states had it as well all at the same time....maybe just a weird coincidence

Common cold does not cause fever or sweats so you probably had the flu.

Well it's never been as bad as others who say they have the flu I rarely ever get sick and follow no supplement plan...or any tricks..I do eat lots of garlic..just cause I like it
