Honestly—I take a dose of horsey ivermectin the moment I think I’m coming down with something. Clears up within hours. Works for covid, flu and colds.

Prevention: Drinking lots of green tea and take big D3 supplements now so I’m rarely sick. Elderberry pills daily too.
