The point is that a god that cares enough to make cloud scribbles also doesn’t care enough to do anything reasonable to help it’s creations. Like the survivors of a tornado thanking god for sparing their lives while not just stopping the tornado in its tracks and saving everything. Should a parent be praised for allowing their children to be raped and tortured by a convicted murder rapist they let into the house but saving there lives at the last moment?
