He knows infinitely more than you or me about encryption and the secrets of the internet. He also has a grudge against The Swamp, for their malicious prosecution. You don't have to trust him, but he's not bullshitting.

Kim came out against the swamp very early in the game. He also made claims of knowing 17. During the initial roll out. He went quiet for a few years. And now surfaces with a Biden laptop? My Scooby Doo hat, tells me he’s trying to poison the well. That is all come to your own conclusions.
