Yes, but killing them just recycles them through the prison planet system to be released as potential child rapists again.

Never fear, with the new technology being developed to transfer souls to AI controlled machine repositories, we will soon be able to just transfer their consciousness to a file, marked inactive. Permanent purgatory of a captured soul.

The problem is, the wealthy elite Disney's own the same system to imprison souls, so free thinkers, inventors and true luminaries will be the first to be housed in the new luciferian prisons. Not the Disney's who where promised to be housed there.
