I have a simple solution. The Doctor said the PCR test kits will detect MNRA in the water. Of course don't do it after any house filters. Document the tests because if they turn up positive then approach the water district. If they give you the run around be careful, they may be in on it. Also test any other water source you're drinking like bottle water.
