Bunny came, kiddies were happy. Easter egg hunt was worth all the gold in the world. Very special to have my three children, and THAT, my friends, is what Jesus did for me. Much love, my frens. He is Risen. Hallelujah!

What was your policy on egg collection and retention?
Were all the eggs pooled after the hunt and divided equally for fairness? We used to allow each hunter to choose three eggs they wanted to keep and then divide the rest equally because some children are younger and some are unlucky even when offered direction.
I never know how to decide which is best because harsh hunting life lessons are important but perhaps keeping things fun, just for once, is OK too.
I had all these very same thoughts as they were hunting, but it just seemed to work out amongst themselves. I doubt if it was adults, it would have been so easy to make it fair. Haha!
