Fair enough, but I worked for the NYCPD for 20 years and that black man is NOT a police officer.

Police Officers have grooming standards.

My guess is he stole the badge from the last Police Officer he murdered.

I hadn't seen that video, only the OP's static photo.

That "cop" was almost as disgusting as those women. He was so stupid that he gave them exactly what they wanted.

If I didn't know better then I'd think this was staged.
