Actually, your account is just temporarily locked. Mine is suspended, and for the record, I never, ever saw the notice that you got. No warnings, no 2ndchances, just summarily executed.

There are no appeals. they won't tell me which post got me exiled permanently. They have changed which rule I allegedly violated three times in the last 15 months.
