Jones has no interest in going to court, he's already offered to settle with the parents and apologized to them in his latest deposition.

AJ also obsequiously apologized to James Alefantis live on air too. As much as I like Infowars, as I understand it AJ plays the part of the punching bag, gets punished, and is then used as a template to punish others.
