I know not Q related but I am desperate to find help for a loved one.

Thanks for commenting it is my son. I do like hearing that people have learned to live with it. I think that's what he is going to have to do. The Dr Berg video someone shared with me did help him temporarily though FYI. https://youtu.be/3MDO8KB3zjk
