See it already doesnt make sense......the story is that they were wearing little girls face....How could this be Frazzledrip if you cant ID HIll and Huma

They do put the girls face on as a mask after they peel it off, but you still don't get a clear shot of the torturer's face... it's a murky snuff video, tough to make out anything clearly
