Sounds to me that this will just prove the CDC shouldn't have so much power that they can overrule the American system of checks and balances.

I hope you're right, but this day in age, if stupidity can happen, it more than likely will happen. We are relying on a corrupt system to hold it's corrupt entities accountable. The odds are aren't exactly stacked in our favor.
