Same here and I signed up when it was first mentioned that Trump was putting it out there before the app was available. I am currently waiting for my notification number to come up. My husband signed up much later and got on about three weeks ago now.

Yep, it's either incompetence/poor-planning or strategic. Who knows, everything is on such a slow roll that I don't really care on the details and just live my life.
