Worked in a jbs slaughter to boxed beef and carcass,worked two tanneries,all concrete and steel,scant flammable materials,very unlikely to just catch fire.Even chemical uses are unlikely to creat much of a fire,mildly possible in the blood dryer in rendering.Looks like food supply attacks to me.
