People are using a Q phrase to market their Covid related theory. The theory isn't bad but isn't provable. So there could be bad actors or disinfo/discrediting thing. I'm guessing they just wanted people to hear about there unusual theories and hopes Q people would listen.
That is one take although seems quite disingenuous. This is as provable as any other theory floating around, takes the correct research equipment and verification. The documents provided are what they are and strongly suggest a legitimate reason to research and follow through on the theories around this concept. The "they" people you are referring to have nothing to do with Q people or theories and albeit Qtards would not be a target audience that would make sense given the background of the "they" behind the documentary. Possible, does not seem probable.
