The context as I understand it is it can be administered to someone who has a needle phobia while they are sedated for a different procedure so they don't have to be separately sedated for the jab. Also consent is needed. That being said, do I trust any of these fuckers to not use this loophole in a nefarious way? Absolutely bloody not.
So they just shove a bunch of papers in front of you during the admission process as all hospitals do. How many of us read the fine print, when we are sick and in need of care?
