What complex military operations ishe talking about? At the time, we were not in any war or skirmishes with any country(ies), There were no troops deployed here or there.

Chris Miller was Director for Special Operations and Irregular Warfare in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict & Interdependent Capabilities at the Pentagon.

IMO; Chris Miller & his chief of staff Kash Patel were in the planning stages of DEVOLUTION, which is activated and in motion today. This, I believe is the 'complex military operations' Chris Miller is speaking about when he addressed Pence.
