Let's see if the Ukrainian military cares enough to let their civilians out. Putin promises a safe corridor. Remember, Miller just got back from Ukraine, some one no doubt talked to putin, this cuts off what ever deepnstate response may have gotten cooked up. Like offing joevand blaming the Russians.
