Let’s see how Twitter reacts. My suspicion is this is a baiting tactic. I could be wrong but my feeling is Twitter Board will STILL make an effort to deny this. Which means they have something to hide. Which also means the SEC has something to hide. Which means, this may of been Elon’s plan all along.

They will lose and devalue twitter, and make hostile buyout cheaper.

They can't deny shareholder input but they are trying. That puts the board in actionable lawsuit territory and risks a stock price crash.
