They all said “Philly doesn’t have the constitutional right to force compliance” in those exact words? Why be so specific when a simple “they all said they wouldn’t comply” makes it much more believable. By taking it the next step it makes it sound like you only talked to people on the very far side of the aisle and loses its mass appeal.
