But you did the right thing. Because if you KNOW, or even suspect there is a problem, and don’t tell them, then when they find out they can say, “Why didn’t you tell me?!”. By warning them, you have done your duty as a ‘watcher on the wall’. If they listen and take heed, they would be saved. By ignoring you, their fate is in their own hands.
