I remember reading in the newspaper shortly after Al Gore lost to Bush, that Al had purchased an Island in the Bahamas. I remember because that was such a bizarre thing, especially at the time.
I haven't heard his name even mentioned in all of this, but he did (maybe still does) own one.
A few years ago Al Gore’s luggage was searched at a USA airport and he had a suitcase full of bags of blood. What was that all about? Can find no follow up of that incident.
My mistake, it wasn’t bags of blood but a suitcase full of vials of blood. Also appears that Gore was able to illegally by pass security checks at some airports and not have his luggage screened because muh previous Vice President status. I wonder how many suitcases of blood he was able to transport undetected.
