NOBODY should be paying! If Zel doesn't want to negotiate a peace agreement then he should suffer the consequences. ANYONE giving them money is only prolonging the suffering of the Ukranian citizens. That of course is surface level conversation because we all know this is just another step for the NWO/OWG to cripple America for their "great" reset.
