Does this line up with what Russia is saying? Ukraine was pro-Russia until later "elections" installed pro-western puppets, then military of Ukraine + mercenaries began attacks of pro-Russian Ukrainian Citizens. Russia starts a Special Military Operation to stop the humanitarian crisis.
