Hubby and I went to Whidbey Washington island this morning for some military medical stuff and as we were leaving we saw 2 highway patrol police tag-teaming speeders. You have tons of passed-out people all over Marysville, Everett, and Seattle with needles in their arms. They poo and pee, Rob- steal-kill... just a total waste but the POLICE are over giving tickets to our Military! Why? because the state can't make money from the people of Marysville, Everett, or Seattle because they are FULL of drug/homeless people. They have to get the money from the people that WORK>> Isn't this profiling? They have turned this beautiful state into a shit hole!!!! And let's not get me started on everyone's rent going up in the last month by 35% which means MORE homeless people... Thanks for hearing me out.

Ok, two wrongs don't make a right. If they were speeding through town endangering lives then they should get tickets. I've seen too many accidents from people speeding through my town to think it's harmless fun. Being in the military shouldn't make one exempt from the rules if you think the police were ticketing them just because they're military then take it up with the city council or contact the police department.
When we were kids and got caught doing something we shouldn't we would say but so and so is doing it too. My mom or dad would say if so and so robbed a bank would you rob a bank as well?
My two cents.
Yeah, I heared you.....
But I'll bet you never got a ticket at 04:45 am on a Frontage Road, on the way to awaken your squad, for DEPLOYMENT, only to arrive LATE to First Formation, almost resulting in an Article 15 and Loss of Squad Leader Position and maybe even Loss of NCO Rank......
Shut Up, just shut it up.......
I hear ya, happened to us in Germany had to do desk duty for a month.
Yeah, but I was always the ONLY CAR on that road at that hour of the Morning, so I know that cop had a speed trap set up just for me.....
The fact that I almost lost Squad Leader just because he needed a Power Trip Fix was infuriating.....
And If I had lost my stripes.......
No I haven't, but I have driven almost 60 miles to be with my mom when I got word that she wasn't going to make it through the day. That was Thursday this week. I kept it at speed limit 70 mph because I wanted to get there in one piece. I wasn't about to put my family through more sadness
I will shut up now.
