I used to think people are just stupid, but I don’t know anymore. This is worse, is there a chance that they are hypnotized?

I saw someone hypnotize guests at a hotel where I stayed, it seemed real. If it is real, and I never heard anyone say it isn’t, this would be a way to make people seamlessly move on to the next thing, never questioning if they were fooled by the last.
