Doing that old secret handshake thing (grabbing each other's wrist). Edit: actually it looks like Macrud might be making a fist with his thumb out while anal-swab is grabbing Macrud's wrist. Not up on my secret handshake decodes, but maybe someone else can offer insight.

TBH, this looks a bit photoshopped to my eyes.
