Electronic voting machines. Nuff said. Nobody has a vote, only electrons have votes.
France doesn't use machines for counting. It can still be rigged, but not by machines.
A French friend told me there was an initiative where 25% of the precincts in Paris used machines this time. Wonder haw they decided which precincts to use machines?
