The second he starts posting on TS, inbound traffic will surge. So it's obvious they're waiting until it's 100% before he's using it.

Its a coordinated effort.

Musk buys Twitter and disables the bots or more appropriately known as the world wide narrative machine.

Then Truth Social can start dropping info to a SELECT group of people who then spread it worldwide.

My guess is Apple is controlled by white hats.
