Is a dangerous Covid even still around? I can't think of anyone in my personal circle of 'acquaintances' who has tested positive for anything other than a really mild 'omicron' covid in the past couple of months. Still see an occasional 'covid death' on the health department website, but ...comorbidities. Hospitals still get their payment if the covid code is tacked on to the diagnosis.
