Once again, a popular site has shown the perils of 3 letters: IPO, only in this case, the resulting removal of the base as a foundation, the institution of shareholders as the 'rudder' had degenerated into a power trip that promoted fraud and utter tryanny as a market plan.

I have seen this time and again and experienced it firsthand at ebay in 2008, which is the year I left because of Donohoes dirty dealings.
